Workshop Description

 

Breathing is the center of our humasess, combined with other essential rhythms like heartbeat. In Stillness, breathing supports and awakens our awareness how we feel; our breath is the bridge of mind to body.  By sensing and breathing deeper to our core, the center of our inner anatomy opens  and we expand our inner space freeing our life force to feel more energy.

In this workshop we will express ourselves through all of the 5Rhythms to arrive in the sweet softness of stillness. Within this wave we listen for the presence of stillness within each rhythm, and we will experience a Stillness Wave. From there we will turn up the volume an listen to the emptiness, feel the space within us and around us and still the mind.
