Payment, Registration & Cancellation policy

The application is binding with submission of the registration form. The final reservation for your workshop place is made after payment of the workshop price to the following bank account.

Early booking Price

The early booking price applies to registration AND payment until 15.03.2023. After this Date the full price is due!

Cancellation conditions

For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the workshop , a processing fee of 60 € is due. Up to 14 days before the start of the workshop a cancellation fee of  50% of the workshop price is payable, afterwards the full workshop fee is due.

Responsibility declaration

I declare that I am acquainted with 5Rhythms, that I participate at my own risk and that I am physically and mentally suitably prepared.

Explicitly I agree and acknowledge that the organizer takes no responsibility for possible physical injuries, mental changes and other consequences which could result from my participation at the workshop or in the area of the workshop, because of any reason, either because of my action or because of the action of other dancers or other people or because of an unfortunate coincidence. I commit myself to respect any changes in my physical or mental state and to adjust my participation at the workshop to that.
